Steve has been fixing cars more than half of his life. After completing a four-year automotive repair curriculum at a technical high school, Steve immediately began working in the industry. For the past 20 years, he has held just about every job relating to auto maintenance and repair, including:
From diagnosing and repairing some of the most advanced and uncommon automotive issues to managing service department employees from technicians to service advisors to porters, Steve understands cars and the car business from bumper to bumper.
Blaine has been working in the automotive repair industry for 37 years, more than 20 of which have been here at Naylor’s Auto Repair. Blaine first began working at this location when the Naylor family still owned it. In 2002, Blaine and his business partner, Bryan Barber, bought Naylor’s and ran the business together for 15 years before selling to the Bowshiers when Bryan retired.
Blaine’s institutional knowledge and long-term relationships have ensured a consistent experience and the excellent service that Naylor’s customers have come to expect. In addition to his decades of experience, Blaine has pursued additional certifications and training through NAPA Autotech Training and the CARQUEST Training Institute.
Nate practically grew up with a wrench in his hand. With his dad (you guessed it: Blaine) working as a mechanic and owning an auto repair shop while he was growing up, it’s no surprise Nate followed in his father’s footsteps. For six years, Nate served in the U.S. Air Force as a vehicle maintenance craftsman. Upon completing his service, he joined the Naylor’s team.
Kaden got his start in the auto maintenance and repair world working for Einstein’s Oilery before joining Peterson Motor Company, where he first met and worked with Steve for four years. Kaden worked for Chevy, Toyota, and Lexus dealerships and earned a Lexus Elite Service Manager Certification and became Toyota Assistant Service Manager Certified.
After training Kaden and working together at the dealership, Steve knew Kaden and his committment to exraorinary customer service and understanding of the auto repair industry would be an excellent addition to the Naylor’s team.
Shannon is a project management and customer service professional with 30 years of experience. She makes sure the Naylor’s Auto Repair operations are running smoothly behind the scenes so everyone else can focus on what they do best--making sure your car is running smoothly and keeping you safe on the road.
Fun fact, Shannon is Steve’s mother in law! We really love all the family connections here at Naylor’s!
