They fixed the problem that the other shops couldn’t figure out to fix. I have spent two weeks without a vehicle until I had my car towed to naylors. My girlfriend and I have had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but after meeting Steve Naylor, and having him as our mechanic, we will never have to worry about finding a good mechanic again. Steve is very kind, and personable; he is just one of those people you get a good feeling about the second you meet him. We needed multiple things fixed on a car that we depend on for work, and transporting our daughter to/from school. We were in a situation that a lot of other mechanics might have taken advantage of, but Steve treated us like people and provided us with honesty, and fairness throughout our entire experience with him. There is also a very friendly, and lovely receptionist that greets you when you walk in. Mechanics like Steve are rare, but they do exist.
